We take pride in offering exclusively natural fiber fabrics - all of our products are made from sustainably sourced cotton or linen.
Curtains
A pleated curtain has tailored pleats sewn along the top, creating permanent, structured folds. A flat top curtain has no sewn pleats—its folds form naturally when hung.
Pleated curtains cost more because of the extra labor involved. If you want the most budget-friendly option, choose a flat top.
Both styles are finished with drapery hooks that attach to curtain rings for a functional and polished look.
Check out our full measurement guide to learn more.
Privacy lining is light-filtering and blocks about 80% of incoming light when the curtains are closed.
Blackout lining has an opaque coating that blocks all light. It’s an ideal choice for light sleepers or a child’s nursery.
All of our curtains and café curtains are designed for use with rod-and-ring curtain rods. You’ll need a standard rod plus rings, which attach to the panels using the included drapery hooks.
Check out our premium custom European hardware collection here and our hardware guide here for more information.
We offer two curtain widths: single and double. A pair of single-width panels fits most standard single windows, while a pair of double-width panels works well for wider double windows or French doors.
For step-by-step measuring instructions with photos check out our measuring guide.
All of our curtains are custom made to fit the length of your window to the 1” specification.
To learn how to correctly measure your space follow the instructions on our measuring guide.
Hang your curtains as soon as they arrive to prevent shipping creases from setting. Lightly spritz with water and let wrinkles fall out, or use a hand steamer or wrinkle release spray for any stubborn creases.
For more information see our Set-Up and Care Guide.
We do not recommend machine washing or ironing for any of our products. Spot treat spills and stains and dry clean for more extensive cleaning.
Take down curtains and cafe curtains once a year and shake out for dust then rehang.

Cafe Curtains
We offer two café curtain widths: single and double.
To choose the right size, measure your window width and reference the charts in our measurement guide.

All of our curtains and café curtains are designed to use with rod-and-ring curtain rods. You’ll need a standard rod plus rings, which attach to the panels using the included drapery hooks.
We do not currently sell cafe curtain hardware, but we do highly recommend this inside mount and outside mount custom set from Rejuvenation (pictured in all of our product shots in unlacquered brass). Don't forget rings!
All of our café curtains are unlined to let in maximum natural light. Thanks to the weight of our fabrics, they still provide plenty of privacy.
Single-width panels have no seams, while double-width panels do.
We don’t pattern-match across double panels due to the significant fabric waste it creates, but all of our patterns are designed to look great even without matching.
Pillows
Check out our measurement guide for a step-by-step guide.
We recommend 2 Euro Pillows (26” x 26”) and one of our Medium Lumbars (16” x 24”) for a Queen bed.
We recommend 3 Euro pillows (26” x 26”) and one of our XL Lumbars (19” x 47”) for a king bed.
10% down and 90% feather (10/90 down)
We recommend sizing up 2” for your pillow inserts (for example if you bought a 22” square pillow cover we recommend a 24” square insert) for a fluffy and full pillow.
We do not recommend machine washing or ironing for any of our products. Spot treat spills and stains and dry clean for more extensive cleaning.

Hardware
All of our curtain rods are custom cut to your specifications and ship within two weeks.
Measuring for your curtains is easy - all you need is a good aluminum tape measurer. Follow the instructions on our measuring guide.

No. Our curtains work with any standard rod and ring system.
Our rods are custom cut and premium quality and custom made in Europe - with that comes a more elevated price point.
For some lower price point options we recommend checking out our hardware guide for suggestions.
Shades
Inside mount shades are attached inside of the window trim and are flush with the trim when hung. Outside mount shades are attached to the wall outside of the trim and usually cover the trim and window.
We recommend defaulting to inside mount if you have the space. Inside mounting requires about 3” of wood space in between your window and the face of the trim for a flush shade. If you don't have the space, opt for an outside mount.
For more information an guidance check out our step-by-step measurement guide.

Currently all of our woven wood shades come unlined. This is our favorite way to highlight the beautiful natural texture of the shades and allow so much light to continue to shine through as possible.
Shoot us an email at [email protected] if you would like to see this change - we love to hear suggestions from our users!
Our shades come in two top styles - valence or waterfall. This is a purely aesthetic choice and will not impact how your shades operate.
For the waterfall style the lower and lift hardware is mounted behind the shade creating a clean line from the top of the shade to the bottom. The valance style on the other hand, has the lower and lift hardware mount in front of the shade with a valance in front to cover the hardware.
Both options are shown in our product pages if you have further questions!
All of our shades are operated with a cordless internal mechanism. Simply guide the middle of the shade up and down from the center to lift and lower. Be careful and avoid tugging or pulling too hard as this may damage the internal mechanism.
Cordless shades are safe for children and infants as they do not have any cords (choking hazards).
All of our shades are made from 100% natural fibers including ramie, paper, and bamboo. Learn more about the different fibers on our woven wood shade blog post.
